These flares are copies of original GM racing quarter panel flares as used by Corvette racing teams in the 60's and 70's.  These panels have been faithfully reproduced in lightweight fiberglass with Kevlar edge reinforcement.  They can either be cut to fit and molded into fixed quarter panels or mounted to the existing quarter panels with quarter turn fasteners for quick removal.  The latter mounting approach is shown in this images.  These units are also available in carbon fiber composite construction and will require an extra 2 weeks for the order to be processed.  The quarter panels are supplied in gel coat and ready for body preparation and painting.
