Bulb Holders:  You can re-use your four original bulb holders from the flip up headlights or you can purchase a reproduction set from us.

Finish: The basic kit comes in a nice natural aluminum finish.  We offer black anodized finish for the frames and backing plates.

Hella Modules: This option replaces the standard sealed beam headlights with Hella 90mm headlight modules giving your car a more modern look.

This beautifully finished kit contains all the parts that you will need to retrofit your 1963-1967 Corvette with FIA (Federation Internationale de l’Automobile) headlights that were originally produced by GM for Corvette race cars of the 60’s and 70’s.  This kit includes 2 headlight brackets, a set of headlight covers, headlight backing plates, bulb holders, headlight cover mounting kit and installation instructions.  The aluminum parts have been finished in a natural aluminum finish.  We have reproduced these items from original GM racing parts and drawings, re-engineered them for greater durability, and they are made in the USA.  Installation instructions can be downloaded here.

Euro Headlights: This option replaces the standard sealed beam headlights with Hella 90mm headlight modules giving your car a more European look.

Porsche 944 Endurance headlights for your street or race car.  These headlight replace the factory "flip up" headlights with a fixed headlight system.  These exact headlights are used on our successful Porsche 944 Endurance racer campaigned in the 25 Hours of Thunderhill and the Western Endurance Racing Championship. This unit is engineered for vibration and stress under race conditions and built in the USA out of high quality aircraft aluminum laser cut, machine formed and TIG welded.  The system is a bolt in installation with NO BODY MODIFICATIONS.  The aluminum frames bolt into the standard headlight pivot mounting holes and mounting studs on the 944 and the headlight covers are attached to the headlight frame tabs located inside the stock headlight opening.   The Lexan covers are durable and thick and have survived well on race installations not requiring a single replacement in the entire 25 hours of racing. The headlights use the 90 mm Hella light modules (available here or separately) which come with Halogen bulbs but accept HID light conversion kits sold separately on eBay or other online retailers.

This kit includes left and right headlight frames, a left and right Lexan set of headlight covers, and four Hella 90mm Headlight modules with Halogen bulbs and pigtails.  Our conversion harness plugs in directly to the stock Porsche 924/944 harness for a no cut or splice modification.  Installation instructions can be downloaded here.

Shelby CanAm race cars were never built to race at night but we have developed a headlight conversion that allows these cars to be run in night and endurance race events.  The inner headlight brackets mount to the inside of the nose brake ducts and the outer headlights mount to the nose and require the nose fiberglass to be cut.  The Lexan covers mount directly to the fiberglass.  The light modules are standard Hella 90mm units which come with Halogen bulbs but can be fitted with LED or HID lighting (shown).  We have developed and proven these lights to work under race conditions and are available to other owners wishing to make the conversion.

Replacement covers for our C3 Headlight kit.  These are meant to replace old and broken covers for our headlight systems.  

Our C3 headlight kit normal includes 2 headlight brackets (left and right) to close off and hold in place the set of headlight covers (left and right). This is a replacement set along with the hardware that mounts the covers.
